Rigger II Training and CCO Certification
Our Rigger Level II Training course helps prepare Level I NCCCO Certified Riggers to gain an additional level of NCCCO certification. You must possess a current NCCCO Certified Rigger Level I certification to be eligible for NCCCO Certified Rigger Level II.
This course is available through our On-Site Training programs, and will:
Cover what’s required to successfully pass the NCCCO Rigger Level II certification written and practical exams.
Provide new knowledge and skills that enhance your safety and work practices on the job.
Satisfy OSHA training requirements for construction, general industry, and maritime while providing essential information to keep you and your fellow workers safe.

Examinations
After the preparation and training, Crane Tech will facilitate the written and practical exams required for certification. To be NCCCO certified for a five-year period, candidates must pass the written exam and the practical exam.
The written exam consists of 40 multiple-choice questions and candidates are allowed 60 minutes to complete the test. The practical examination is comprised of two tasks that demonstrate the candidates’ skills are tested in performing a level lift and rigging frame rotation, within specified time frames.

2 days classroom and hands-on instruction, 1 day for written and practical exams
Rigger II training materials, practice tests and study guide
Event Online Testing (EOT) examination on site
Practical examination on site
REGISTRATION FORMS AND MYCCO PORTAL
As of December 1, 2022, all CCO candidates (new or existing) must first create their myCCO account through the portal to apply for CCO exams. This includes candidates applying for CCO exams through any of the written exam modalities (paper/pencil testing, computer-based testing, Event Online Testing, and Online Proctored Testing) as well as practical exams.
